  1. A warm welcome to another OSS racer. It's a road less travelled so the international brotherhood of OSS racers has to stick together. @ELLESS has been racing a 1987 Suzuki gsxr1100 in the classic series in Sweden since 2016. Welcome to the team ELLESS your wings will be in the post. Don't forget to share your updates here in the race section.
  2. Frustrating Gary but 3rd overall shouldn't be sniffed at. Well done.
  3. It would have to be right fucking posh Bandit show mind.
  4. Sadly the EFE is a twin cradle steel frame so they'd be two time loosers
  5. Gsxr powered EFE owners got a consolation balloon and a lucky bag for coming along. Everyone was a winner.
  6. Welcome. That's a nice find. Do you want a tear down and rebuild of the B12 engine? A set of B12 crankcases will set you back £50 -£100. If you are rebuilding it it could be the easy option depending the damage that is there. What sort of work is required on the engine and what is your budget? You should have a budget.
  7. Great stuff. You're making progress and your enjoying yourself. What more can you ask.
  8. You need to contact Don Hill at Rooster Racing. If it's a race engine I would highly recommend him. 07866437942 Read this
  9. Any self respecting EFE owner could operate that clutch.
  10. 11173-06b03 is the part number for the Slabby, Slingy and bandit
  11. It's all in the hop up manual for the 750 in the vault. Follow the link and download it. http://oldskoolsuzuki.info/archives/747
  12. ^^^^ @vizman loom worked a treat. I had my battery under the tank when I was running an alternator and I used a a motoblatt from an R1.I wouldnt trust the spikes from a 30 year old reg rec with a lithium battery inder my tank. I moved the battery to the back because I wanted to mount my coils under the tank. I now run total loss and I use small very light lithium battery mounted at the back.
  13. Good luck. Give your winged hammer a wee rub before each run for luck. Whenever I forget to do this I don't do as well. Go Winged hammers!
