Use gsxr1100G/H rear sprocket.

I'm struggling with what your issue is. Slingshot and slabbie 750 have the same gear ratios in the box. Slabbies and j/k sling shots have the same sprocket fitment, L/M slinhshots have a different sprocket fitment but again the internal gearing is the same. 1100 slabbies and 1100k also had same sprocker fitment, but different gearing. you can get 14/15/16t front sprockets from virtually anywhere, and 43-45-48 rear sprokets were all factory fit to various models in your bolt pattern on the rear. Why do you need custom sprockets?

So there was room for the shock, and I wanted it to look more like a RRK swing arm.

Hello. So. Where were we? Ah yes building a bike. So serious case of CBA overthe last few months. Broken bones, loss of workshop, lack of mojo and funds etc.etc. This week has seen progress of sorts. Bespoke rear disc made, lots of other one off brackets, and bits and bobs have been commissioned, and most excitingly I dug the bike out of storage today and dropped it off to have a brand new Tank made. The new tank is being made by the chap who now does all of Harris's tanks, and also made the current tank on the bike. Interestingly he remembered the bike from when he made the last tank 25years ago, and think he may even have the original tank buried somewhere. Pics to follow this week.

Yes, with the correct 1100 fairing and headlight mount. will need mount the bars higher like the 1100 too, I suspect.

Did similar damage to my old gsxr711 after I hit a badger at 70mph at 1 o'clock in the morning. Was in the middle of no where , no phone signal, no lighting and no verge to park the bike safely. I Foredthe bike up to see other was enough oil still in it to get oil pressure light went out and I rode it 2 miles to a service station. New start sprag cover and fresh oil and she was right as rain.

It's a bloody minefield. Best to provide biscuits to be sure.

It was added a couple of years ago. Mandatory direction indicators must have minimum separation distances between the illuminating surfaces of: solo motorcycles - 240mm at the front and 180mm at the rear

The whole reason for a Q plate was because the date of manufacture is unknown. The reads quite clearly me that a q plate should be tested as a '71 bike. However if indicators are fitted, as in this case, they must conform when presented for a test. I believe indicators must be a minimum of 350mm a part for an m.o.t, unless the bike is as originally homologated. All fixable with sticky tape, or biscuits when the bike is presented for a test though

So what year is a Q plate?

Looks fantastic. Sorry to hear about your shoulder. Broke and dislocated mine end of may. They take forever to mend.

Clean it up to get as much oil and contaminants off as you can. grind out the cracke with a die grinder and sand the area 3-4mm around the crack to remove the anodizing. I would then preheat the area with a gas torch to get some heat into the frame before welding.

T3 is definetly sketchy but now heavily banked for the f1 cars. The next part is awesome flat out 5t gear sweepers then overr the brow into a 4th gear right. Last 2 turns are mega especially now the last is banked heavily.

Love Zandvoort. Did some the Malboro masters meetings years ago. What are the noise limits for trackday there?

Likewise a Spa or Assen day with you guys looks cool. Or we all head South.

I know there's a few guys who race and Trackday their old Suzukis on here. I keep seeing the Dutch guys have fun on track together from posts on here and FB, so I thought I'd start a thread on here.
