Dont want to talk bad about people but i know several story's about rastec that are not pretty i wouldnt send my money to them even if they are still in business. there is a guy who does exhausts here in the netherlands that got away from rastec and started his own i hear and read good storys about them http://www.jayguiracing.nl/onze_uitlaten.html

Indeed just get it to drain in a bucket then you know it's the turbo, ffcourse it could be a bad rebuild also. Sounds promising are you shure the oil isnt a drainline problem ?

What suzook says they not suppose too snap shot. it could be there stuffer springs in there and that there are holes drilled in the slides to give faster throttle respons. i think thats done when they have a dynojet kit

I am running a chinese an 10 19 row cooler wich was intended for a nissan the cooler came with hose and bends the whole thing costed me about 120 euro and works fine. I thought for that money its worth a try. Offcourse you have too make brackets yourself. running it on my turbo bike keeps it cool enough. bought from egay

are these aircooled two strokes also called kettles in the Uk ? We only call them kettles when they are watercooled .

Let me guess you bought Pascals bike right ? going back to a HSR wil make drivability better but if you install a HSR you wil not be able to get in enough fuel too reach the 285 bhp it gives now. Not even when you install a larger floatbowl I spoke to Sean from Bigg CC about this he told me that he had issues with this on woodys kat they tried upping fuel pressure and tried using rising rate regs but that started pissing all over the carb so that did not work he told me they used a shot of NOS too take over the finish if i recall correctly. Thats the reason that Pascal installed a S & S I had a bike for a couple of years with the same design as your draw through set up cause i copied GJG's design. My bike had a smaller turbo though.

i use my 7 inch google tablet too log using msdroid works perfect. i can also use it like a dash if i want too

yes a 4 way divider as long as possible from thin stainless sheet in the intake, I had a divider in the plenum but that did not do the job
