  1. Picked the crank & all the other bits up that have been super finished from Brian at Manchester bike show as well as the carbs which have been vapour blasted.

    I also run a 530 chain bike makes 260hp & run a ally back sprocket I know it's not 525 but hardly any significant sign of wear after 3000 miles last year.

    Kwaka super charged H2R uses a 525 chain.
  8. Any little O ring will do so long as it seals.
  9. Thicker base gasket you need to lower the compresion ratio.
  10. Finally got the ape cylinder studs only took 3 months, some sort of problem at ape hq. Super finishing is done but haven't got the stuff in these pics back from Brian yet. Got him to vapour blast the carbs as well. I stripped them down before handing them over for cleaning.

  12. B12 piston with pin & rings = 300g
  13. Gsxr 1127L piston pin rings & clips = 300g.
  14. JE 79mm turbo piston with pin & rings = 344g.
  15. Mk1 Hayabusa 81mm piston with pin & rings = 310g.
  16. JE 13:1 79mm with pin & rings = 328g.
  17. Turbo Scratcher, could bring the Harris but it wont be finished if you like.
  18. Gsxr 750 J K & dot teapot gsx 750f heads, valves & inlet rubbers are the same only the cams are different. Valves are same size as 1100 & 1200 models. Inlet angle is steeper than other heads.

  20. Got the big valve cylinder head back together with the aid of the special valve tool.
