Little update to this
My hand is forced into using the 750m USD’s for now as the stanchions aren’t great on the slab forks I’ve got.
I’ll be keeping my eye out for a more modern RWU set up in the future so my slingy can have its forks back!
Hoarding bits to build a track biased slabby at the moment,
Quick Q for those in the know, I have slab 750 and Slingy 750m USD forks at my disposal. Which would I be better using and why?
Bike don’t need to be complete! Looking at the last few shows I’ve done @Dezmeisters ET had more people flocking around it than anything else! If it’s Suzuki and Oldskool it can go on
Just a little tester here really.
Whos up for doing some shows with us this year who hasn’t been before and fancies showing off their bike and getting involved with the general merriment and mirth?
We already got a fantastic core group who come to most of the shows but a couple of new faces and bikes that haven’t been shown before would be a great addition!
nb- If your bikes on here it’s good enough to show on one of our stands. We’ll have none of that “Mines not good enough” nonsense thank you.
I ground the middle bracket down and modified the knuckle that the pedal bolts to and moved the master cylinder mounting out 5mm
Chopped the bent part, flipped it 180 degrees and welded it back together. Sounds a lot more work than it actually is!
Theres pics in my build thread I think
@billdI've just been chatting to Stan Wood's son and showed him a pic of your TR750 and he'd love to see a few more and/or build pictures of it if you have any?
