  1. Actually on a slabby for a change! Airbox yay or nay? It’s for a track orientated bike with a 750m shim head motor
  2. Here’s some more .info for ya. These ain’t mine btw, I borrowed them to copy but I’ve since bought a zx6 front end for next to no money. they will still be in my possession for a few days if you need any further measurements!
  3. A walbro 255 pump fits into a L0/L1 750 pump housing and has the same mounting bolt pattern as a K4 1000. Less plumbing = less pipe work full of fuel exposed to the heat of an oil boiler, its neater and takes up less room.
  4. It'll work if you still put a return in the tank. I've got the bottom of a K4 tank welded into my slingshot tank for when I was doing an N/A EFI conversion, Its all gone wrong since then.....
  5. If you know your coils are in good working order, then get the ignition pickup cover off and check continuity between the CDI and the 2 sets of pick up wires and the gap between the VR sensors and the trigger wheel. If youre happy with those I'd try a good known CDI and that'll narrow your problem down
  6. If its a slabby then it'll have 5 wires coming from the pickup area

    Header ID?

Anyone know what make these are? they fit onto my slabby but in unsure if that was their intended use although the bracket off the bottom engine mount sits in the right place
  8. Sprocket carriers are different between the 750 and the 1100 too
  9. Kwak ZX6 fit without a great deal of work iirc
  10. Pretty sure @fiberman will either do something or be able to make you something?
  11. Very pleased this stayed in the family!
  12. Considering the size of the red and white stand there over the last few years I doubt thats too much of an issue
  13. I'll get something up there next year
  14. The fork chart is knocking about in the vault somewhere. In all seriousness, I would just buy the front end you want and make it fit. Worst case scenario you’ll need a slingshot stem to be swapped into the bottom yoke and a little machining in the top yoke. Get your measuring tape out and go try it
  15. I’m still not 100% for the weekend mate, I shall let you know ASAP though
  16. There's bits of his 7/11 build on the proboards site, theres a good article in the vault for it too

    Slingshot tank

Hi Pan, Please take some time to read the rules in General and introduce yourself, you'll get all the help you need and more then
  18. I try my best I know they’re interchangeable, I’ve got a B12 cover on my EF. You might need to buy some 5mm tool steel rod and faff making pushrods
  19. You wont need a spacer plate unless you're using the busa rods too.
  20. @Funkymonkracingwas doing a billet doodah to raise the ride height iirc
  21. Nice one, cheap as fook that was for what it is. Dibs on the rearsets if you break it!
