Will depend on what sump you are using Tony, can get brand new Delkevic bandit 12 headers on the bay for under £200...

Will be using bandit sump ..unless there is a benefit in using a gsxr one .

No real benefit unless you wanted to use a set of 1100 headers....

Plenty choice of Bandit exhausts, standard headers look nice and fat but they are double skinned, the standard link pipes are heavily baffled also, so choice depends on what performance you're after i suppose.

Also, i'm fairly sure the 600 and 1200 headers are the same, no difference in height..

I've used k4 1000 Ti headers on my 750 and with a bit of pulling on the outer pipes it went straight on. They hang a bit low on mine so would be about right on a 7/12

Just stuck K series ti headers on the 1127 motor in my slab. Bit of brute force & they're on. The weight saving won't make me ride like a Valentino but made me grin none the less :D

I ordered an set of GSXR1000 K1 titanium headers and wanted to fit them on my 1127 slabby.

HOW THE HELL DID YOU GUYS MADE THEM FIT?! Spacing isn't even close at all :o The pipe of the 4th cylinder is somewehere around the port of the 3th...

Or is it really pushing and pulling to fit? Can't imagine that...
