For those Brembos you should be able to find a dual disc Ducati  or Guzzi fitment master that's 80's tastic.

as above, I have AP racing on my old steel frame spondon. They do come up for sale on Eblag and if you look on some of the classic racing sites, they appear there as were / are used for racing

you can buy them new, I got ap mastercylinders on my trumpet, front and rear.
