try another set of good plugs wraith, this is common on the 600's but the 1200's sometimes have the same issue.

use a bandit disc but GS500 calliper as it sits on top for the torque arm mounting point, convert to 530 chain and sprocks. nothings a direct fit so some mod's needed.

its a complete 1200 bandit front end, and yeah you have to swap the steering stem and then sort lock stops.

what you lot on about ? its piss easy to tune CV's with pods, NOT !!!!

on my current GSX1100 i have a bandit 600 rear wheel as is easier but it will get a 1200 wheel at some point

you can do if you want, you will still have to sort out the chain run, I put a B12 swinger on my GSX1100 (same set up as a 750) you can use the sprocket carrier from the standard GSX wheel as they fit a 1200 bandit wheel, but will still need an offset front sprocket, but you'll find the chain is close to the tyre and the frame but it does just about clears. this was the GSX i did.

i used an offset front sprocket and had the rear carrier turned down to get the chain in line, used a GS500 rear calliper as it sits up top (like the GSX) and a 600 bandit hanger and disc. fitting a wider rear wheel isn't plug and play, you have to do some mod's.

mine had the GSX1100 swingarm in and with a 600 bandit 4.5 inch rim with a 150 tyre. im sure the steel 750 arm is about the same width.ish !!!

yes, you won't get a 5,5inch wheel in their but you'll get a 4,5inch in, like a 600 bandit.

nice one, its been far to long since i rebuilt a 2 stroke, gona have to buy one some day just to take the engine to bits. looking good though.

the GSX 1100 frames are all basically the same so should fit ok.

for me i tend to go for GSXR1100 forks as they are only 10-15mm shorter than B12's and a lot easier to get everything to fit, BUT try and find a good set ?????

what kind of mate borrows a bike and then fucks around with it ? decide if you want pod's or airbox and jet the carbs to suit and go from their.

the output shaft on my old GSXR1100 years ago was very wobbly !!!! when i stripped the cases the needle roller bearing (at the other end of the shaft) had collapsed and all chewed up, that give the shaft shit loads of play and caused the ball roller behind the sprocket to split the outer race in two !!!!!! also fecked the shaft
