  1. There's also 2 versions of the 750L CDI. Mine was a restricted JDM import. Sourced and fitted a U.K. one, rejetted and then full power. Sold the bike so can't help on part numbers now I'm afraid. They do have different part numbers so check with someone who has a full power bike.
  2. Headbearings and wheel bearings, squared off and/or under inflated tyres. Most common things we see in the workshop from customers complaining of weird handling.
  3. There aren't that many on here, have you asked on http://www.thekettleclub.com/ too?
  4. Fun trying to find the right one isn't it! I looked at several until I found the one correct for my G with UK clocks.
  5. Agree, doesn't look like slabby from that picture. I found that there are different types for slabbies too...
  6. @Ragerover doesn't have access yet as he's not got 50 posts. In the mean time Jason is also on that new fangled Facebook thing: http://www.facebook.com/fiberglassmodifications
  7. I have GSXR400gk76a on mine, similar to RGV VJ22. They needed stiffer springs, spacers and the lock stop modifying.
  8. Please don't. Your off-topic photos have been removed.

    Good idea, oh and welcome.
  10. Moved to oil cooled and edited. @Ragerover please read the rules.
  11. My 750 slabby did something similar only when hot on the original coils. Turned out to be tiny cracks around where the leads fitted.
  12. I love spring-fit downpipes.
  13. Was it OK before storage? +1 for new plugs and double checking everything connected as it should be after you worked on it. Do these have a fuel pump? If so does it prime?
  14. Moved to oil cooled, @Blubber has it covered though.
  15. Buying and selling needs to be in the marketplace section... with a price.
  16. The mid panel holes will be in the wrong place.
  17. There's some clutch swap info on Frankenstein's guide: http://oldskoolsuzuki.info/archives/404
