  1. Very special, and, as you'd expect, priced accordingly!
  2. Cheers lads. Working now
  3. Yup. No good! You're such a comedian Joris! However, I tried the key out of an 1100 Teapot, and it fits! So at least I've got a pattern to work from, if needed.
  4. '99 Blandit. The locking fuel cap is causing problems. Key goes in, but won't turn at all. Dropped a bit of graphite powder into keyhole, and rubbed a bit on the key, to no effect! Still won't turn. Any ideas???
  5. The original steel 'bridge' acts as a bit of a fork brace.
  6. Thanks for that! Photobucket's fucked a lot of people's build threads up!
  7. Not only that, is the gudgeon pin to piston crown distance the same on both models pistons?
  8. PM me your email addy, and I'll see if I can send you a PDF.

    Hey

Not yet. Daughter lives in Morrinsville. Might go out next Dec/Jan.
  10. Hey bigpants! Welcome to OSS! Looking forward to seeing the Slabbie build.
  11. +1. Or you'll bugger the lip up!
  12. Try screwing a couple if self tapping screws into the seal, 180deg apart. Then pull it our with mole grips. Get the new one first though!

    Hey

Hello mate, and welcome. What part of NZ you in?
  14. It just feeds around the basket, and the ends drop through the holes. Nothing complicated!
  15. Only thing I can think of, apart from the new bushes being so tight they've locked up (were they hard to get into the slider?), is either too much oil (hydraulic lock), or something locking the damper rod in the fully extended position. Maybe bent it on installation?
  16. There are some breather covers that have a rear facing outlet.
  17. Won't compress at all, or just very tight?
  18. Try dousing behind the rubbers with WD40. That usually dissolves most adhesives.
  19. You'll be lucky! Or...there might be some behind Cockney Ricks pile of rocking horse shit!
