  1. @Captain ChaosI have std. exhaust system with no silencer mounting brackets. Need an idea what they look like, size/measurements ect.
  2. It went. You replied.
  3. Anyone got an EFE that’s running a std. Suzuki 2 silencer exhaust system?
  4. It’s just a bit quicker than doing them separately. If they’re warped, they usually show blueing too.
  5. Before testing steels individually, pile them up and look for daylight. If fubarred, go for the OEM.
  6. Why change something that already looks good? Just bin the rear ‘guard. Classic lines!
  7. Is that not in the OEM manual, Rick?
  8. It’ll be in the OEM manual. Some kind soul will probably post the page for you.
  9. Welcome, Jonny. Plenty nice Slabbies on here! Now don’t forget those pictures!
  10. Try LPM, Tony? Save a lot of faffing about.
  11. So, it looks like the two straight ones have been cut off the original mudguard support?
  12. There’s the two on the right, Rick. Can’t see the other two!
  13. I think @Blubberknows a pretty close match.
  14. Good write-up! Shows what can be done with a bit of ‘lateral thinking’! Mk2 should be a lot better! Good job!
  15. Try all the Suzuki dealers you can. One might have some NOS on the shelf collecting dust, and be only too happy to get rid! There are plenty aftermarket pistons being made too. Welcome to OSS by the way.

  18. Well, you can’t do any harm by lapping with fine grinding paste. Try it, you’ve got nothing to lose. If you want to keep the Kat crank & rods, metal spraying/welding the taper might be an option … expensive, but an option nevertheless!
  19. Easiest option … 1100 Katana or ET/EX arm. Straight fit, no pissing about welding new shock mounts. Will take B6 wheel. Simples!
