Busa arm fits in 750w so it should fit slingshot. You need new bearing spacers for sure. Busas have different linkage setup.

Totally OFFTOPIC... that efe with red wheels is 6/5.

IT IS DOABLE USE BANDIT 600 SPROCKET COVER
-
I have seen one failed dyna2000 unit. It was used and very old. Never had a problem with them myself. Buy new dyna unit or be different and try ignitech.

My idea is to make plate just like d&g set has and mill down the original cover to be welded over it. That will be way stronger than welding straight to oem cover.
-
Scariest thing ever made.
-
Does it have to be original? Those are expensive
-
Ok this is old topic but dont want to make a new. Have anyone modified stock cover to outrigger? I want stockish look but definately need supoort bearing. I have an idea how to do that but it would be nice to hear your opinions or even see some pics.

But we want more/I want one. So there is only one spondon made kat frame? I have played with an idea making my own frame from chromoly. Kind of look a like with my own twist. Katana looks and efe engine, it would be a killer

Original bumblebee was my dreambike one day. Good to hear it is back on the streets

Uuuh she is sexy

Mainly because it is simple and there is power to coils via relay
-
Yes it is quite straight forward if you are able to modify the frame tubes
-
Swingarm will slide right in the frame. Swingarm will hit the "subframe" tubes because its odd shape.
-
I test fitted k-series arm few years ago (k7 1000 if I remember right). It will go there but efe's lower rear frame tubes needs modification. Also rearsets hits the arm. Linkage needs mounting lugs to the frame. Definately doable if you can weld.

Have you read Blower1 project? He has very simple and nicely done setup on his bike. I have used his output bearing housing drawings as a base for my alternator setup. Have you thought about going blow through or draw through? Fuel injected or carbed? In car world the merican solution is throttle body/carb before the charger. But I would prefer blow through style with fuel injection. Definately easier to tune.

I have to start racing to get some wings

Not sure....................

Those gt750 engines are so sweet and mix with katana... perfection -
In my mind Bandit forks will be on a soft side for sporty riding. Same thing with all modern usd forks. Best budget swap would be older gsxr stuff rwu or usd. About the rear end... do you want to weld? If no then just swap shock and wheel.

Cdi is way better option. But both works. About that kat tank. I bought one few years ago for 125euros. Do you want to sell it?

There is not much to show at the moment. Just few drawings. -
