370steve Posted June 11, 2018 Posted June 11, 2018 I have seen them on E-blagg, but they were a bit expensive, which is why i didnt get them. Quote
Tiny Posted June 12, 2018 Author Posted June 12, 2018 the last sets i got were from a member on the old OS site, so will have to do a bit more research. cheers for the replies Quote
Nik Posted June 12, 2018 Posted June 12, 2018 Stainless bolts and screws into an aluminium head is a recipe for disaster. Big risk of severe galvanic corrosion, and it's the head that would suffer. Stay away from it. Just my two cents ... Quote
Rene EFE Posted June 12, 2018 Posted June 12, 2018 Don’t Dave Dunlop make them? @Kid Kearsley @vizman Quote
Rene EFE Posted June 12, 2018 Posted June 12, 2018 Oh, misread that. Blame the lack of coffee.. Quote
Kid Kearsley Posted June 12, 2018 Posted June 12, 2018 FBM sell cam cover bolt kits including the cam tunnel bolts but not the banjo ones Quote

370steve Posted June 13, 2018 Posted June 13, 2018 quality is sound, but prices are a bit ott 1 Quote
FJD Posted June 14, 2018 Posted June 14, 2018 yeah, i remember buying from them fairing fasteners....buying one piece was like 1€, if you buy a bulk pack of say 20 pieces price for the bag was 22€......because packaging costs extra money....so, i ended up ordering 20 individual fasteneres for 20€ Funny kind of sales mentality they had....usually buy more=pay less, not: buy more, pay more Quote
wraith Posted June 14, 2018 Posted June 14, 2018 Yes they where good when they started, and the man and his wife starters it had a very nice Harris, but when he died she tried to keep it going but ended up selling the business and it went down hill quickly from there. Quote
Swiss Toni Posted June 14, 2018 Posted June 14, 2018 Now I remember her! There was an article about her and the company years ago in SF. Shame about her hubby. Nice lad! Quote

You’re confusing two company’s....the husband and wife business was My mate RIP Dave Grant and Wendy called braided steel....that some years after Dave’s death was closed by his widow Wendy. The other Business Pro-Bolt run by Mark whose surname evades me and is the Uk agent for those mega wide swing arms is still in business under another name ...Nothing to do With Dave Grant RIP Quote
