busa ash Posted November 8, 2016 Author Posted November 8, 2016 Winter upgrades are underway just picted up some ducati 749/999 marchesini forged wheels and are compete with discs etc much cheapness and local pick up so result 2 Quote
Dezza Posted November 9, 2016 Posted November 9, 2016 Those wheels are also fairly light as I had a set a while back but flogged them. I think the forged versions do not have rounded edges to the spokes and have indentations in the sides of the spokes though so those are probably not the forged versions, which usually cost quite a lot secondhand as they were an expensive upgrade from Ducati and stock fitment on the R bikes. 1 Quote

Dezza Posted November 9, 2016 Posted November 9, 2016 That's cheap - I think I flogged mine for nearly 500 quid and that must have been nearly 10 years ago 1 Quote
SiBag Posted November 9, 2016 Posted November 9, 2016 Look Good. Hope you can squeeeezzzz the 6" wheel in, chain run will possibly be tight on the frame. (or is it a 5 1/2") 1 Quote
