yes there should be holes in the frame.

assuming you mean a GSX-R1100 bracket 17 (or 14) bolts to the frame with screw 15, and to the airbox with screw 20 (or 16). On each side.

1100G and B12 camshaft sprockets have the same part numbers, so crankshaft teeth count is also the same. about primary gear I dunno -

I have measured the resistance between orange/yellow and black/white on the ignition switch in the on position. It turns out to be 150 ohms. So a 100 ohm resistor is enough?

or blow it out before opening the tank. Most fuel stations have a tyre compressor you can use for that.

yes 1100M panels will fit 750M frame.

Nope. 750 has built in license plate light, 1100 has separate.
