  1. All slingshot usd forks are mega heavy compared with the Slabby front end go for a gsxr1000 k2 setup (same weight) and just depends then on front wheel choice.

  3. Yep their 1100 arm was quite involved for the money back in the day I’ve always kept and eye out for at reasonable money but had to settle for a Metmachex instead:)
  4. Can be done I can’t remember the members name for the life of me but his Bike was called Dirty Slabby and he had an 1127 crank in 1052 cases all worked well you would just need the correct colour main bearing shells
  5. My 1052 with a V&M full race head std carbs with stacks and ramair sock filters and a Cobra/Vance Hines exhaust was running nearly 30% rich on standard #132 main jets and dropped it down to #125’s and it made another 5bhp and still 18% rich have now dropped to #120’s and runs loads cleaner

  9. Brimmed and ready even treated it to a quick once over with an old rag

Had my 1052 ( flowed head v&h zorst bellmouths with ramair socks) dyno’d a couple of years ago as it was struggling to pull cleanly from a closed / part throttle first run 118 bhp on std size DJ jets but showing 26% rich dropped down to 127.5 mains ( 2 sizes below std) and gained 5bhp and still 20% rich. since then I’ve dropped down to 120’s and it is a lot crisper just not had it back on the dyno
