  1. The one I run on my bike is a tdo4l.
  2. You could always ride the bike there
  3. Got my self a starter clutch puller which arrived in the post today. Starter clutch was fairly fast it wasn't in a hurry to leave the crank.
  4. Yes one pipe that then T's to the carbs. Different size pipe can affect jet size.
  5. Little buggers them springs are indeed. Did experiment with wiring the choke shut, didn't make any difference. My bike does not need choke to start most the time.
  6. So where & what angle is the best place to mound a external wastegate. Also how is the internal one ported, any pics please.
  7. Nice one Dan it looks like a nice bike & ready to ride.
  8. Not high comp ones though.
  9. Is there a big advantage to use a external wastegate.
  10. So which pistons have you weighed & what weight were they ?
  11. It's was just a brass plug in the end of my ones, drill it out carefully swap T's for pipe & pipe clips. Stubs that are drilled out do look a little short on the out side of the carbs but the pipes on my set up have never moved in over 3000 miles. This mod stopped the splutter between 5k & 6K when coming onto boost.
  12. I did Colins carb mod on my b12 carbs wasn't that tricky to do & worked a treat.
  13. Decided not to go any further with the 1127L bottom end with the snapped stud. Was able to move the bottom end on but kept the clutch, sump & oil pick-up. Got a b12 bottom end in a deal which is what I wanted to use anyway. Stripped it down & removed all the cylinder studs, these one's weren't to bad to get out. Presumably because it's a lot newer.
  14. Front sprockets are not expensive easier to gear it up this way. Turbo bikes work better with the turbo under load.
  15. Am running 16/43 on my one.
  16. https://www.facebook.com/centurionmotorcycleprojects/ Give him a call for priceing, he's a real nice bloke.
  17. Yes with ceramic beads then a load of chemicals.
  18. The finish is extraordinary will be getting more stuff done, this was a bit of a test.
  19. Been to see Brian McCall of Centuriion Motorcycle Projects today to pick my barrels & cams up. The barrels have been vapour blasted & the cams have been supper finished to make them slipper than a very slippery thing that is slippery (like GP gear boxs) will be doing gear clusters as well. He also has a very nice GS1000.
