There is so much to go wrong with NOS. Have look on you tube or something. You got bottle of gas and extra fuel you squirt in at set quantities contolled by jets and electronics depending on set up and style of system in brief, over and above your normal fuel system. It's instant bang when throttles fully open, depending on jets can be from mild to wild.

Well last rebuild was, who knows what it is this time ive probably messed it up lol.

Mines normally aspirated at 172 but did good job at staying together whilst holding a snapped crank together flat out with shift light on. They so good proper belt and braces.

You know they stopped making endless Tsubaki you got to join them now like your drive chain. Really don't know while they done this. In retrospect no biggie put nothing like having a factory joined chain.

Falicons really don't have good rep.

Less rod stretch at full revs too. Not that this is real concern until your on limit. Prolonged rpm hurts things the most.

Sounds like good plan you can use dynojet springs, but use stock needles and emulsion tubes, yep put that airbox box and get all that acceleration back.

Really can't beat them for a robust engine they never break items around them might thou.
