  1. are you running a standard et front wheel with a bandit 12 rear at present?
  2. old/new oil? not sure how long it'd take to reach pressure since it has not been started for so long....try just spinning it over a few times with the starter motor [no spark]
  3. debbens do the offset front sprockets. http://www.debben.co.uk/offsetsprockets.html
  4. how long did you run the motor for?
  5. crack on then and post up your results...... ....you can fit any number of gsxr rear ends in your es frame, but you'll have to do a bit of work [welding/spacers/etc] even for a 160-180 rear tyre.
  6. but you read my original post, you can channel the et frame above and below the swingarm pivot and easily run a busa/tl 6 inch rim with a 530/525 chain.
  7. ooops'...sorry tony I edited my post and I wanted to quote it....
  8. you'll have to run stuff close depending on what motor you are running and how much you're willing to fabricate/modify... ....there is always the outrigger option if your standard sprocket cover won't let you offset enough.
  9. yeah the box section 750 ones are a lot snugger than the et 750 ones.
  10. well I've had a 1100 aircooled lump in both et frames and a 1216 oilboiler in both frames and a 750 et aircooled lump in both frames if that helps dude?
  11. started out with an et 750 frame then an et 1100.....I think the bottom mounts were slightly different...
  12. and now I don't know if this should be in the oilboiler or boatanchor section......heyelp!
  13. in the beginning..... back in nineteen fifty ni.................
  14. she's changed a bit since last year...now looks like this
  15. 1216 b/through turbo in an et 750 frame mix of 11 and 750 bodywork.....no problemo'
  16. well that's a different way of doing it.....ace!
  17. or is it loan?.....I was never gud at it.
  18. [I know you're a stickler for grammar/spelling/punctuation cc] hahahahahaha
  19. it could be, but I don't think that a normally aspirated 1230 lump is going to kick out enough power to do this unless the cases are old and fatigued and the possibility of incorrectly fitted studs/internals and previous damage..... ...or hanging half a kilo off an already weak point.
  20. stem swop to get b12 front end into efe frame...same headstock as your et
  21. I didn't suggest getting a set of cases made as I assumed the regs would say no....along with the budget, and I recon getting cranks from mr branch would be a false economy if you're using cases that are fooked.
