  1. Tried the Suzuki dealer?
  2. Thanks guys! I did read once that it wouldn't make a difference with forced induction, but I didn't think the source was reliable.. What you guys say about make it all as good as possible before boost, sounds logic. I'll spend some money then
  3. Gents, I've got a ported head on my GS, it has a pretty nice flat torque curve, but I also have a gas flowed (Brian Johnson if I'm correct) lying around. It's a piece of art!! Very nicely done.. I want to take the engine apart to see if I can find what causes the vibration I have. Now I thought to put that gasflowed head on. But this head needs some $$$ to spend on.. So, my question; Is there a considirable difference with a gas flowed head with forced induction? I thought I ask before I start spending money. Thanks
  4. The gasket kits I've seen were aftermarket, and they were crap..
  5. With that site you can find all the part numbers, from there it's easier to find part..
  6. A lot of parts I order for my GS have superseeded parts numbers.. Here you find part numbers, also shows superseeded part numbers. https://www.cmsnl.com/products/gasketcylinder-head-nas_1114100a03/ https://www.cmsnl.com/suzuki-gs1150-1984-e-usa-e03_model16005/partslist/#.YLESjKgzaM8
  7. http://dynoman.net/carb/mikuniRS2.html This man sold me intake manifolds for my GS1000, lot cheaper then the OEM/stock ones, send him an E-mail.
  8. I've got a hole of 3mm in it, I think... As long as it gets oil, it's a roller bearing, doesn't need much..

  10. I have a RF900 rear wheel, it's straight.
  11. My GS1000 suffered from a slipping starter clutch when I had a hih CR kit on it..
  12. Mine has the same. When I started to ride it again after the rebuild I had to get used to the acceleration again, it goes so easy..
  13. Damn, that's a nice exhaust!!
  14. Are they going to take the head off and measure the bore and stroke?
  15. JE can make pistons on customer specs.
  16. Yeah, a more modern front end and rear vork does improve handling. I've got the front end in my GS from a ZXR750, can give you measurements if you want.
  17. There are people who did the scavenge via the oil pick up, I think with a one way valve in between, but I don't know the details..
  18. I've got set brand new ones, 18mm
  19. Get a drillbit and a tap and make them yourself
  20. Can you put another cold side on those VF turbo's? Looks that your hot side is pretty small, about the same size I have (VF20)

  22. @clivegto Ah, now I see the difference, your cold side is much bigger then mine. I would go for a 2nd hand proper brand turbo, I had a new Chinese one, wasn't that good..
  23. I mean, I think a lot of people on this forum spend way more money on their old skool suzuki as what it's worth.
