  2. You only need a couple off used steels and a length off flat bar to make one no special skills just need a drill and a couple bolts ..

  4. I,ve welded a similar area on GSX cases .... Just remember to use files , dies wire brushes that have no been used on Steel in the past..... after prep i cleaned it down with acetone and after it had dried / evaporated pre heated the area prior to welding ...

  6. Question For those running a big block GSXR .. I notice after pulling the top end of mine with the o ring's over the H/D studs the rocker feed will be virtually non existent So where are you taking it from ?

  15. you can go to 75mm "3mm over" but liners will be thin near the bottom but for a road bike 74mm is the norm

  18. If you mean GSX1100 EF "full Floater" Then nothing is a straight swop ..... This is OSS and the answer is anything will fit "with modification"

  20. A Friend of mine has Heavy Duty Recycling Machinery manufactured in China .. They have some world class foundry's with state of the art equipment and QC However as Arttu said there are many that just churn out 5hite Indecently there are more modern steelworks in China than anywhere else in the world
