No more spondon frames will ever be made so , at 5000 its  got to be some one that wants it . And if it was back to looking like the bill hunter bike how much would it be worth then ?

Could be, the bike appeared in Bike magazine around 1983, I remember reading the article and being utterly gobsmacked, as much as Steve Burns is credited for his work Bill was first to build and run a spondon gsx turbo in my opinion
