Yes that is the plan

For the right hand side panel the frame already had a tab on near where the repaired mushroom is on the side panel which was nice coz it was an easy job to make a bracket unlike the left side.

if its the same as mine. TZ750 tank strap for the front of the tank. I bought three till I got the right one!

 

I did hear that on the really early spondons they used rubber belt off those old metal upright hoovers drive belts.

Hi Mark, yea I heard that Harris used to get the rubber rings from the hoover shop down the road.

The 5" lights turned up so I roughly mounted them on the top cooler bracket to see what they look like. I also started to make the bottom oil cooler mount. Going to make something that bolts to the sides that directs ait to the cooler like I've seen on some LC's and I seem to remember 370steve did some thing like this as well.

The more I work on this bike the more I like it and I have a vision in me head what it'll look like when finished. Can't wait to ride it .

Light mounts I made wouldn't work with the new light so I've just altered the mounts the new lights came with.

You might find you need some sort of stay on the spots Clive to stop them shaking if you plan on using it in the dark.

Yea the ones on the Harris get a few vibes on

Been thinking about the light's a lot. Now the 5" ones are 500g each and the 4" one's are 200g so the 4" one's I will be using just because of the weight saving. Now I mocked them up higher and further forward more like the look of Hoover although there smaller. I quite like this look so think it'll be staying.

Dymag's came from a mate the same mate I got the Turbo Scratchers frame (NWS frame) from a few years ago. He's an interesting man he's sold some of his bikes of recently and still has a different 1100 Sabsid to ride every day of the week. How cool is that

2017 ZX10 forks & yokes, also got my hands on a set of ZX10 supper bike yokes. Top one stepped the wrong way lol.
