  1. The clutch operation is not on the same side on the GSXR 750 88/89 as for the 1100 engine, and there is no pushrod on the short stroke engine.
  2. I am working on a similar modification, but with only one bracket. So, please explain.
  3. Why making a bracket on a bracket?
  4. The block heigth is the same for 1052 ccm , 1127 ccm and 1157 ccm. The length of the conrods for the 1052 ccm are 117.4 mm, while the length of the conrods for the 1127 and 1157 ccm are 117 mm.

I am using D.I.D 520 ERV3 on my two CBR 10000 RR with 185 -190 RWHP without any problems.
  8. If the camshafts are regrinds, they should be marked somewhere?
  9. One of the best rear shock is Ohlins SU503. This shock is for the GSXR 1000 K5/K6. I have used this shock for all my race builds GSXR 750 -88, GSXR 1100 -90 with GSXR 750 -95 swingarm, including a GSXR 750 RR.
  10. The projected area of the combustion chamber for the DOT head and the skimmed 1100 head are almost identical, so what you are writing do not make sense to me.
  11. Nice drawings, You know that the DOT head and GSXR 1100 head got the same valve size?
  12. So the combustion chamber should be the same size as the bores?
  13. What is the right size for the bores?
  14. Buy a used radial master brake pump for a modern Suzuki. GSXR 05- or later.
  15. OD for the sleeves are: 1052 ccm, 82.45 mm 1127 ccm, 84.75 mm 1157 ccm, 85.45 mm Please, correct me if I am wrong ?
  16. No, the GSXR 750 RR was also delivered with CV 40mm. GSXR 750 88/89 CV 36 mm, GSXR 750 90/91 CV 38mm.
  17. Here is a picture for the TC system you need for an oilcooled suzuki :
  18. I agree With dupersunc. If the TC is to sensitive, the rear wheel don't spin at all. You need some rear wheel slip to accelerate fast out of corners. So you must be quite hard on the throttle to utilize TC on the track.
  19. And you don't need TC With 150-160 hp :-)
  20. Does Your GSXR have 190 HP on the rear wheel?
