Did recommended and 520 zvmx chain for my application. Its also 2.2kg lighter with superlight front and aluminium rear sprockets. I gotta try that when the night frost has cleared

The bst36ss has oval inlets. The set I have I have foamfilters on. I think you should run 37.5/135 jets in it for good pull from idle to 11k. Cam sprockets is recommendable and about 60$. Then you can make it really beefy from idle to 9k.

Bst36ss. Then you can also use the boots from bandit 1200. Should be fairly cheap, produced good torque and are fairly easy to tune

I think you got 34mm carbs. It was standard

I think you've already have met your power target. Maybe go for a lighter chain and a 50 or 52 rear sprocket.

I think the stretch partly comes from the small front sprocket. ive been looking around and i can so far only find 520, and im not ready for 520 yest. it dyno´d 152/123 on a happy dyno so 525 is what i look for. i bought a cheap 530 xring for thge break in of the engine and it stretched alot in the first 800km. 700km break in, oilchange and 100 semi rough kilometers.

im not 100% sure about it but ive heard that the 59mm crank is a little weaker than the 58mm crank. but i hope that my 58mm will last a long time with 150 at the wheel and 11950 rpm limit
