For me turbo positioning depends on oilcooler position usually.

That's what I'm thinking, those barbs in the connectors rip the fook out of the inside of the pipes even when been careful.

The beast is off a cylinder for some reason good spark as well

Had to alter the undertray to fit the new fuel pump a bit and alter the fuel pipe lengths.

Wasn't happy with the internal diameter of the barb fitting for the end of the fuel pump as its only 5mm so I ordered a An6 fitting yesterday from Tourqes UK which arrived today.

That nice man @Gsxrsamgave me a cut down lock-up clutch extension and a FBM cover for it so I set about making it fit a clutch cover. There ain't a lot of room between the clutch and the frame but it should be doable.

I like the rg seat unit but I like the new one better although I would have shaped the bottom part slightly different.

Spent about 3 hours in the man's workshop he is a very talented and passionate about what he does and he enjoys his work which is quite unusual to see nowadays. Makes everything himself. Was a pleasure to meet and chat with him.

I put the swingarm back in made some wheel spacers to centre the zx10r Dymag back wheel. Took it with me to Etto's when I picked the aluminium GS tank up to discuss the swingarm arm. He would make me another but it would be very expensive and he is booked up with work until next summer, so coming back to the idea of doing it myself.

Did you see Brian McCalls gs1000 race bike when you visited? It's got no starter clutch just a case to cover the end of the crank which he can touch the deck with on the loop at Donington. I was quite impressed.

Ohlins Shock is for an 1100 slabby and is to long . Pressed the bearings out of the sea saw things cleaned them up then warmed them up and pressed a big socket through them to push the disfigured lip back which it did then promptly snapped of. But there is still a lip on the edge to seat the bearings on each one, happy dayz also made a new spacer to take the place of the missing one. Picture of red framed one is how from what was described to me by the previous owner is how the arm looked origanly. I have sourced another Spondon arm that I'm planning on using with this.
