  1. @Wescooley19has done a few conversations similar to this for customers.
  2. Dave Solaman of Butchered Classics. Bit o bracing n it'll be right. Not the first time it's been done and won't be the last. Take a look at Brian McCall of Centurion Motorcycle Projects 2 race GS1000 bikes
  3. 38 and 40 mm carbs use the same intake rubbers, the 89 Chinese dot head rubbers won't fit.
  4. Cheers man, I had read that on a site and you have just confirmed that

  8. Some people on hear have fitted gsxr 1100 and Bandit 1200 liners to air cooled blocks to fit bigger pistons.
  9. Still in business as well. Always loved the Martek big tube frames back in the day.
  10. Magnum Turbo only has a couple of mm each side fin to frame clearance at front also.
  11. I took this picture in the IOM quite a few years ago now, it's not exactly where I'm going with this one.
  12. Came across some pictures of number 10's Suzuki brother's
  13. Bang a turbo on and you get both my Harris is making 260hp and 148 ftlb. That's said I'm planning on building a very similar ET motor to this one. My mate Si had a K4 1000 with a Yoshimura map on it making 180hp and the power delivery was brutal. There wasn't a lot in it in the real world riding on the road comparing it the the 230hp Scratcher at the time. It will be interesting to see your comparison with these 2 builds.
  14. Have you got everything thing you need to pit it together today.
  15. Must have liked yellow back in the day.
  16. Looks mint in the flesh, I saw it at Donington last year.
  17. The stand in one of the side halls at Stafford the year before was well light and well displayed we even won best stand prize I was very surprised last year where we were situated in the hall
  18. Some interesting stuff out there. This one is a NWS slabby frame X TT bike now known as the Turbo Scratcher.
