  1. I have one, as said just bolts on use b12 cam sprockets in your case my one is on a slabby 1052. The head on my one has been flowed as well never had it on a dyno but it revs high and goes like shit off a stick.
  2. Look in projects for Me NWS slabby.
  3. That one is a bit expensive though.
  4. Have just ordered a car cooler from china 19 row with an-10 lines like above pic for 66 pounds and 20 pence. Have forgotten what size the sump bolts are as I will need adaptors from an-10 to sump, anyone know the size ?
  5. Its powder chrome, looks like chrome in the sunlight but in a dark shed looks like old polished ally. LSN Coatings did it from Castleford. Not sure on the cost for a frame as I had a lot of stuff powdered all at the same time.
  6. A good powder coaters can make a good job, this one was a mess before coating. Always worth trying to clean the old one up first.
  7. I know this one is a later slabby 1100 one.
  8. So the early 1100 tank looks like a 750 tank. Were they 750 tanks I can't see much difference ? This one is supposed to be 1100 what do you think.
  9. Did they have different fuel capacities, any one know ?
  10. Hi all, is there more than one tank design for the gsxr 1100 slabsidea ?
  11. I only did 2nd but should have done both really. B12 dogs are undercut as standard. Herd Rodger had hurt his arm really badly, might not be able to help, you could always ring him though.
  12. I like the new paint and the old paint.
  13. I replaced my b12 2nd gear a few years ago now, it was the rounded dogs that cause it to jump out of gear. They apparently can be recut but I got new ones from Robinsons foundry with the OSS 10% discount. You could put second hand ones in but they do tend to be worn somewhat already. 2nd and 5th dogs mesh together if I remember correctly, also look at the fork selectors for wear.
  14. Must have had a lot of cider I would not have sold it, looks good.
  15. I have a 1340 motor and would not run it without a lock up clutch.
  16. They are as hard as hell. gsxrsam slotted my last ones.
  17. Yes worth doing only need to get your cam wheels slotted and a few basic tools made up. But it does take time to do.
  18. This is a spare one I have, if I remember rightly the one on my bike is same as your pic with 2 outlets to carbs.
  19. I did, cut it off at top inside tank and block top bit. Not so good when it rains and you need to put petrol in though.
  20. Have you got a pic of the upper bushing ?
