  1. If you use the front mounts, first one is that you will need to weld in new rear engine lower mounts. second is that the further drive sprocket is from swing arm pivot the more the swing arm movement will effect chain tension.
  2. Thats good if you want the engine mounted forward in the frame, but to keep the drive sprocket as close to the swing arm pivot point, mount the engine into the frame using the engine rear lower mounts then level the engine in the frame, before making the front mounts. it means making exhaust header extenders.

  6. take no notice of most in the shot, but you can see all the bits together that you will need in the middle of the hose (take no notice of the large fittings)
  7. far as i remember when i got that kit, all you need besides the kit is some hose. scratch that, you might also need the hose ends!!! (im on wrong computer, )

    I would suspect either plug, plug cap or HT lead to affected cylinder.

  16. looking at your pic, i would say the fittings are re usable. i get all my fittings and hose from TorquesUK E-bay shop. very good price and service

    has always worked for me, but i always do 2 squirts for a cold start
  18. you can use a spacer behind the sprocket to move it away from the wheel
  19. did mine like that but with a double banjo in the middle
