  1. I ain't no expert I'm just old and remember stuff, I think it is separate but it's a few years since I fitted mk2 electrics to me 'arris, but I've got a loom in the garage and I can have a look tomorrow.. and the looms are the same as I has 1200 clocks on a 600 loom..
  2. Do you still start the race off the track in the holding area?? That was a right laugh that was
  3. Darley moor, What a shit hole. was sat on the bog having a pre race pooo, 2002, and it rained, i got wet, no roof on the bogs..
  4. 022 SPEEDO ROTOR (K1-K4 MODELS) (34981-38G01) Old Part Number 34981-35F00 £23.72
  5. Hi mouse the mountings of the shock and swinger are the same, as long as both the 600 and 1200 are both mark 1's or Mark 2's everything will swop straight over.
  6. Bore da Howard..you got it back, amazing
  7. Ive had a few, 75000 was the highest 1200 that was 5 years ago and the bloke i sold it to still has it, regular oil changes is the key, some people on here have had well over 100,000

  9. Apparently the only engine difference was the 50 cc bigger bore, all the rest should be the same, i have used teapot ones several times as they are cheaper.. are you after hydraulic or cable??
  10. Just measure the free length of the spring and see if it needs a new one
  11. undo the nut and the spring will come out, why are you replacing it, is it out of tolerance..???
  12. Short answer.. NO!! but drilling the shaft isnt difficult, they are case hardened so the middle bit isn't hard, done it 3 times now. sharp drill correct speed and off you go
  13. cant really see whats going one, take a picture that shows the disc in pads in the calliper like below, calipers look like the right ones for the forks, 63mm hole centre tokicos.
  14. K series discs are no where near Bandit/slingshot discs, if your has bandit dsiscs it probably has bandit front wheel.. Or is a slingshot 750 front end, what's the wheel spindle size??
  15. MMmm Yorkshire?? I've heard of that, isn't it up north near Jimmie Crankies country.. Cheers for that matey im hoping our local one in Brizzle will be open soon, Griffs reality Motorworks, he only dose bike and car stuff.
  16. ive used these before, stainless with stainless nuts.. BUT i dont ride in the rian and i take stuff part all the time so no problems with seizing nuts.. copper flashed nuts would be good if your worried..
  17. You dont need a modified stem you need to swop stems, done it many many times, BUT if the B6 is an older one the stem will be wedded in, almost impossible to remove, also B6 stems for some unknown reason are 0.1 mm smaller that b12 and slingshot ones, so If you can get the 600 stem out it needs knurling to make it a tight fit. So options, get a bottom yoke from ebog but check it not welded in first, or find someone with a drawer full of B12 stems and a 10 tonne press Then all you need to do is sort out the lock stops.
  18. Studs when I can find some
