Looking realy good, what are the rear sets & adaptor plates.

I was looking at those, rider must of had big feet.

Looks like a well sorted bike.

Good luck with it.

Had my 1st chance to have a proper look over the bike today and obviously a few things I will amend but mostly its in great shape. Here are a couple of picks with the skin off, showing coil positioning and adjustable shock height bracketry.

Dyno runs carried out today and I was very disappointed to say the least, only 100 hp, Its lost a lot of ponies somewhere, the chase begins.!!

750? 100 hp is decent enough for the Isle of Man.. if it's an 1100 then there is something wrong! Who's was it Jim? Looks a bit like Andy Lovett's possibly???

The headlamp cover on mine is a Jap spec headlight cover that I painted... I could drill it but with my luck it would crack into a zillion pieces lol.

Who's riding it??

Cor I wish I was going...

Andy Mc Pherson, owned/built it, and raced it last 3 yrs. Yeah 1100 so well down on power, Dave Moffitt going to ride it if I can find the extra ponies.!! Investigation starts today.

If not then it maybe Katana time at the Manx,

Totally agree. But wedging  tea strainers in them fucks the whole job.

Andy Mcphearsons  bike did go really well but recently had head done by well known specialist , just as head work can give it more power it can also take it away id start there if I was you.
