Does anyone make the alloy engine spacers for the rear slabby upper eng mounts, as mine are very corroded.

Has anyone a link for replacement clock faces, while I have them apart , I may as well put a mph clock face in if I can get a replacement.?? Thanks

What torque are you using for the nut, efe motor , but i don't have a manual for this engine, and the katana has 2 different torques 100 or 120 lb ft ?

The mod came from Paul Berryman and the Spakat, gsxr flywheel and stator 600/750 2007 onwards , thread also on this site et -flywheel alternatives. I'm doing this as it was total loss ignition which is a pain I found .

Hi Guys, I've changed the genny rotor on my katana for a newer gsxr one, to allow a chamfered casing, but the rotor locking nut is not staying torqued allowing the starter clutch to slip I think, any ideas?? It's doing my head in now ,

do not over tighten the bolt thru the big bearing in the knuckle, it tightens it all up.

Trying to get mine ready for IOM in August, under pressure myself.!!
