I think the bandit 12 had 1mm thicker liners so you would have to gain that clearance in the crankcase but not 100% sure . I have a bandit 12 block on the shelf that i can measure if some one else can check the gsxr block . I asume its a 1127 motor ? Quote Link to comment

jonny1bump Posted July 26, 2016 Share Posted July 26, 2016 Bandit block is slightly bigger diameter liners, crankcases will need slightly relieving to match by machining or die grinder budget no machine availability method. Yes people do force them into place ( brute force and ignorance or flattened worn dowels) which will cause liners to fret. 2 Quote Link to comment
