slayer61 Posted January 7, 2022 Posted January 7, 2022 Weird as fuck.... 1 coil drives plugs 1 & 4 and the other coil drives plugs 2 & 3 Never mind... you guys know that.... I'm preaching to the choir. Quote

denisd Posted January 8, 2022 Posted January 8, 2022 Are the plug leads from the coils going to the correct plugs? Quote
Neil-IOM Posted January 8, 2022 Posted January 8, 2022 have you checked for 12v supply at the coils , ive more than once had broken wires in the harness? Quote

Neil-IOM Posted January 8, 2022 Posted January 8, 2022 Unless im having a brain fart each coil has a separate 12v supply Quote

stockcar Posted January 9, 2022 Posted January 9, 2022 They are 2x seperate coils and hence connections and so the spark on 1x side doesn't actually guarantee the 2nd coil has a 12v connection....... Quote

At last someone has stated the obvious ! ! ! With a 3 & 4 spark problem it can't be coils! It can be leads / plug caps or plugs. This of course assuming the OP isn't trying to run 1 & 2 off one coil and 3 & 4 off the other DOH! 3 Quote

stockcar Posted January 9, 2022 Posted January 9, 2022 Yes assumed it was a pair run off one coil instead or reading it....... Quote
