  1. One left light bulb may be the wrong wattage. left and right turn signals use the same relay by the way.
  2. Welcome home. Wether it's an easy fit depends mostly on what kind of '92 GSX-R750 you're talking about. The oilcooled one, we call it "Slingshot", or the watercooled one which 'Murica didn't get until 1993 but the rest of the world had in 1992. Oilcooled: straight fit, watercooled: quite some surgery needed.
  3. plug leads 1 and 2 swapped around?
  4. Hi. Before I tell you that it will fit, please introduce yourself (with some pics. We like pics).
  5. all the older (aircooled) Suzukis I've had, never had electrical problems, so I've never needed to look at it
  6. why is it nearly always rubbermounted then? Connected are + from battery, + to starter, and two wires to activate it. No ground needed.
  7. I didn't have time to go through all the posts again. My one hour lunchbreak finished 10 minutes earlier and I still had to drive back to work.
  8. on Suzukis black with white tracer is ground, red is +12V from battery orange is switched +12V (after ignition switch) orange with other colour is fused +12V If you don't have a repair manual yet, or at least a wiring diagram, get one before taking any further action.
  9. Wel and hicome. Aluminium frame? Must be some aftermarket gold dust then. GS/GSX has a good old steel frame. Post some pics and we'll tell you. And yes it has a clutch safety switch from the factory. It should be under where the clutch lever is mounted, with two wires. Follow these wires into the headlight shell and connect them directly to eachother, bypassing the switch. They are a bit shitty on older Suzukis.
  10. look exactly like the carbs that are on my B12 Mk1 engine, TPS and all. Mk1 B12 was from 1995-2000 IIRC
  11. Just throw it back in the sump and forget about it

  13. yes moved. As far as I know an EFE with oilcooled engine is oilcooled. I have one at home, just checked.
  14. doesn't it have the same 32mm carbs as the Inazuma?
  15. their website says 3-5 july 2020
  16. Volkswagen/Audi Daytonagrau LZ7S is a good match for original B12 engine colour
  17. +1 if the one hole has "straight" sides, which it looks like it does
  18. -1 on the brake reservoir bracket. Completely different.
