    Is this a K

ahh yes, you're right, i stand corrected, its definitely an 89, the fairing colour scheme also gives it away. its similar to the 88 but top fairing has more white in the 88, sorry.
  2. try rs bike paints, they may know what you are looking for.

  8. all right? so fitting a WP, WR,WS tank to a L model gsxr i know it can be done, but whats the pitfalls? will oil boil seat fit without mods? tap hit carbs? or any other issues with fitting them? cheers.

  11. hi, im on the hunt for a top fairing and lights for a 1100 K or ,L gsxr. ive also got a 750 top fairing, but it looks like they have different fairing frames. Obviously the fairings are different with 750s having 2 holes , 1100 3 at junction with fairing mids Can anyone confirm if this is the case? that the frames are different? Anyone got a spare one for sale, see my wanted ad in the for sale /wanted section. cheers
  12. Just for reference, the big fat dynas fit under there too, and so does the battery, cdi, fuse box starter etc. heres mine for reference if its any use to anyone. ive got a busa battery, and the starter is bolted to front of battery box, fuse box and cdi to back, and it all fits with plenty of clearance to the cylinder head and underside of the petrol tank. edit to add, coils to be bolted to underside of bracket when engine goes in, they were just bolted in here for pic.
  13. cool, thanks, well, the price is right. i just hope its ok, quality wise.
  14. which seal kit did you go for, out of interest?
