the problem with mass produced frames is getting them perfect, I was told on a Suzuki course that a frame could be up to 3mm out at the headstock !!!! but that was acceptable !!!!!!! just like the adjuster marks on a swingarm, you set them right and then do a wheel alignment and the wheels are out of line we had 2 long alignment beams (made for the job) to get the wheels in line.

I looked at them but wasn't gona pay the price for one and find out it didn't work !!! so i made one (rough as fuck) but it did the same job. routed the cable round the side of the cylinder up to the lever and it felt just the same to me ???? just one of those things i suppose
-
yeah im a lefty as well, just grip nice and tight and shake it. doesn't work by the way but its fun trying

da jar vue !!!! I had the same issue with mine, I m afraid thats how they are. i have R.A. so it was painful for me. but i used standard suzuki springs. a new cable well lubed and I even fitted a tiny bearing to the lever pivot. all helped but still not light.

I had this out with my insurance company, they said having no MOT will not effect the outcome in an accident, but we all know insurance company's but at the end of the day they would have to prove that the bike wasn't road worthy wouldn't they ?

I think washing the dust covers in soap and warm water is enough to clean them, but if you are using gaiters then it doesn't matter.
-
whats wrong with them ? if they are just dirty then clean them up.

the GSX750 engine is practically the same size as the GSX1100 (GS1000) engine, and i fitted the GSX750 motor in a GS750 frame.
