Inspired by the air and oil cooled threads and this month's BOTM, here's a picture-only thread for the superb 2-stroke Suzuki. Just pics, zero bullshit... *REMEMBER, PICS, NO CHIT-CHAT ,NO RE-POSTS ETC.

Remove 600 engine. Fit 750/1100/1200 engine. Sorted

I’d be looking at the carbs next too.

Just been out to the garage and popped the side panel off... mine is 131100-4641 too

My 750G slabby is indeed JDM. Made 101bhp on the dyno so isn’t restricted. I’ve replaced the exhaust, fitted k&n pods and rejetted. The CDI part number matches the UK one. So, either a previous owner fitted the CDI or the restriction was in the exhaust/jetting or it was never there. My old 750L was JDM too and was restricted. The CDI was different and had much smaller main jets. Easily sorted with a UK CDI and bigger mains.

Why? Lol.

TL or SV 1000 donor bike?

Sounds good to me. Am pretty sure the other admins would be cool with it too. -

All are injection. TLS would get my vote for power/weight/kudos, although you may prefer the look of the R frame and higher exhaust mounts etc. Never had any electrical problems with any of the 3 TLs (2 S and 1R) I’ve owned other than a one-off duff coil on a sat-for-ages bike. Plenty of quirks however all well known and documented across the interwebs now. SVs aren’t oldskool are so are off topic on this site. Get a TL -
Forks can be odd things. For example, my GK76a forks use the same seals and bushes as USD GSXR1100.

We are all going to assume this is on a 600 bandit with crap dominators, renthal bars (with fluorescent pad) and a slash cut pipeworx exhaust unless you say otherwise. Sweet fightered bandit dude
