    fork in hell

They are 41mm. 88-96 Gsx600f will fit the same. IIrc the b6/750 and rf600 are also 41mm.Not sure about later 97/96 onwards gsx600/750f,sv650 and b650,I think they were also 41mm. B12,rf900,gsxr750j/k and gsxr1100k are 43mm.Srad600 onwards,sv1000 are 45mm
  2. My 1100k in it's many guises. Now off to a new home Next to Visman's tls in the first pic
  3. D'oh I mean't 11g/h/j arms,it's the Tramadol
  4. How long is the 1100 arm that you have? 11g/h and j frames are all the same, that is why I asked for a pic of the 11j frame,so I can check it against the 11g frame. Also I have a stock 1100 arm here,so I can also check that.Afaik the 750g/h 11g/h/j arms are roughly the same length as the 750g/h arms and it was only the 750f arm that was shorter(shocks are different lengths,290mm 750 and 310mm 1100's).
  5. I found them pretty much a straight forward fit on the slabby and slingshot
  6. Yep 1052 are 10mm and 1127/56 and 57 are 12mm. Only know this because just put the powerscreen 1127 into Sonny's 1100g
  7. As Ross said, pics would help(I have an 11g here)
  8. Rear lower fixed mounting brackets are a different size 11's are 12mm and 750's are 10mm. You can either take them out to 12mm or fit a copper sleeve inside the mount on the engine ,to take it down to 10mm

    1100 frame

    Is that you Cameron?
  10. What slabby,750 or 1100? And do you mean the slabby 750 VM29ss flatslides(they are only 33mm on the outlet, they are 29mm on the intake)?

    1100 frame

Where the swinging spindle goes through,is that threaded and a bigger than 20mm hole? It looks threaded in the pic,but is hard to tell If it is threaded, then that is for the castellated adjuster and it won't be an 1100k frame,as they use just a spindle like the 750j/k frames.
  12. Teapots and powerscreens are steel frame and faired, they look really shite without a fairing(I've only ever seen 2 naked ones I like) And these are steel framed,faired(gs1200ss even uses the same frame cradle as the blandits. The 34 walter wolf is a B12 ) and are
  13. The aircooled Kat owners get upset if the teapots and powerscreen are called Katanas. And whatever you do,don't mention the Katana 50cc Moped That is why I am getting Katana 1100 decals for my gsx1100f powerscreen
  14. Every year I get an invite to do an OSS Stand at Piston and Props at Sywell Northampton,so next year I will organise a stand if that is okay with everybody? Last event we did through Live Promotions Events(Billing Bikefest), we beat the Gurls blouse owners Cub(and street specials, etc) for best stand This year looks really good "Expect to see the likes of a 1974 TR500 Suzuki, 1960 500 Manx Norton, and a mix of Rudges, Velocettes, BSAs and other bikes from the Classic 50 Racing Club who join in the fun at Sywell once again. Steve Wheatman once again brings a superb collection of bikes including Barry Sheene’s Suzuki XR14 that he rode to victory in the 1975 Assen Grand Prix for Suzuki’s and Barry’s historic first 500cc GP win. Kevin Schwantz’s 1994 Suzuki XR84 in the Lucky Strike livery will also be running. This was ridden whilst Kevin was world Champion and is still possibly the most iconic paint job in motorcycling history. There will also be the Suzuki XR69 F1 Replica that Michael Dunlop rode to victory in last year’s Classic Isle of Man TT" Hope to see you there http://www.sywellclassic.co.uk/news-2016-classic-bikes/4592784168
  15. Just use the stock 750m 32006(It is already 30X55X17) taper bearing on the bottom yoke. And a 32906 taper bearing from Marksman for the top bearing http://shop.marksman-ind.com/99-3540-5-30x47x12-taper-roller-bearing-32906-15086-p.asp
  16. Slabby fairings suit the blandits,it gives them that gs1200ss look
  17. Bandit 600 starters fit the 1052 and 1127's Btw Katana 600,naughty,naughty,you should know by now it is teapot

    Oil Cooler Size

They do -10 as well http://www.Eblag.co.uk/itm/Universal-19-Row-Engine-Oil-Cooler-Kit-Sandwich-Plate-adapter-For-LS1-LS2-LS3-/271904567566 I have always ran -8 on stock 750's,1100 and 1200 motors with no problems at all(A few of the turbo lads, from the facebook page, are running the china ones ).Suppose If you go big bore then -10 would be better. My last was a goodridge cooler and -8 hoses/fittings on my 11k,ran fine and cool . My brothers 1052 with mr upperton head and other bits, ran a Hel cooler with -8 hoses and fittings, with absolutely no problems at all. We've only gone back to stock coolers/hoses because I find the stock coolers work really well with full fairings . Even now,I am using 1/2"(.062" bigger than -8) braided hose on the stock suzuki fittings(which are 1/2" o/d) and curved oil-cooler(been on there 5 yrs now with no problems at all)
  19. On my brothers 1100(1052cc) with bst38's,it was setup on the dyno with 130mains. He used msg racing in Aylesbury, they are brilliant with gsxr's and don't use dynojet kits http://www.msgracing.co.uk/home/
  20. Can you not junk the dynojet kit and go back to stock jets, etc? Airbox with K&N insert would also help
  21. Same here I'm using a micron 4-1 with harpoon can(and a one off can)system on my 11k and it is spot-on(I was using a 4-2-1 and the 4-2-2).I have no flat spots, which is usually a problem with 4-1 systems(I had a 750h that I couldn't get rid of the 3.5-4k flat spot. That was a yoshi 4-1).On my brothers slabby(fitted with a powerscreen 1127)we are using a v&h sport 4-1 system(this is going on the dyno,so we'll see if there is any problems). Also PDF Paul was running a Yoshi full 4-1 system on his 1100L,that was also spot-on(sounds luverly as well) http://vid276.photobucket.com/albums/kk10/gsxrdel/MOV00169.mp4

  23. 520 conversion(lighter and smaller,more clearance)fronts for gsxr600/750/1000/etc. Nearly all Suzuki's use front sprockets with these dimensions Fzr1000 530/50 conversion fronts also fit and have a slight offset http://www.jtsprockets.com/catalogue/model/2808 Only the 525 02/03 zx9r 520 Conversion ZX10R And zx6r 520 conversion And zx6r 525

    Brake hose

As above, make your own.Easy to do and all parts are available online(Torques,Eblag, etc, etc) Or even better,is look on Eblag for a bargain.Picked up a bnib(never fitted)set of 3 black HEL hoses and banjo bots for £17 buy now, even had the sticker. They were originally made for a Hardley 883,but were the exact length we needed for the slabby clutch and front brakes. Some people think parts are make specific and won't fit anything else. Good example of this is end cans. There are loads that are listed as r6/1,blade,blandit etc and not alot of people buy them because they think it is brand specific With modification, anything will fit anything
