  1. Not all oil cooled use a 26mm switch .... early slingshots and blandits use a 36mm switch as we used an EFE one for a Nos trigger and to confuse even more a lot of the modern water boiled sports bikes use 26mm switches for gear position
  2. Yes the switch,s fit the hole... But for it to work correctly the hole in gearbox shaft needs to be in the same position as the donor bike..
  3. 1100ET only has a neutral light , EF/EFE has neutral light and gear position indicator if you have an 1100ET with a gear indicator in the clocks it most likely has had 750ET clocks fitted at some point "they used to be very cheap 2nd hand" 1100ET clocks have a bike symbol check panel where as 750 ones have the gear indicator and there are small wiring differences
  4. Some 1100,s did .....and off course the 1135 EFE did ....
  5. A Boost reference signal does .... normally from the plenum via a 6mm pipe to underside of the diaphragm
  6. there's almost every part book on Alpha Sports https://alpha-sports.com/suzuki_parts.htm Just remember that in the USA both european 2V GS & 4V GSX air cooled models are called GS in the USA
  7. never owned air cooled 750 .... so cant say TBH
  8. Nope there all 36mm on 4V 1100 ...26mm is only on 2 V engines If you want gear position best to go for an EFE one find the part no on fowlers the search Eblag or Google with it
  9. It must be connected in some way to actuate it
  10. carbs are spaced 77-93-77 and they never had big carbs so intake rubbers may be a challenge getting throttle bodies in ... This one used Kwawasiki Bodies mated with short hose to alloy manifold stubs
  11. 26mm 2V GS one I you want a 36mm Neutral Switch one then i should have one
  12. All air cooled 4V GSX 1100 use a 36mm one Part No 37720-09300-000 is neutral only switch as pic if you want gear position then its a Gsx 1100 EFE one still same size different part no you can cross ref the part no,s on Fowlers website "not mobile friendly" as a few oil boilers use the same neutral switch "it is listed as discontinued though" I,ll have a dig but the 25mm "ish" is used on one or more 8V GS models

  17. Tony Davvige "used to be member on old site" Did it on his Nitrous Bike Stud spacings are different between 8V and 16V doable "lots of welding and drilling on head" maybe a bit OTT for a road bike ... Sell the motors and fit an Oil Boiler motor
  18. they were fine only used 6 months as moved the blandit on
  19. i had a pair of similar wave discs on a B12 that looked very similar to there other items most are made from material similar to "Hardox 400" they were fine no issues .. these were they but cheaper back in 2020 https://www.Eblag.co.uk/itm/176116472636?fits=UKM_StreetName%3ABandit&itmmeta=01HS6A5KY9VY6C5PCDDTFYFTAQ&hash=item29015c1b3c:g:OUYAAOSwzTNlgpMi
  20. Ok found some slugs to show differences both pistons on same 20mm Pin for comparison "both are stock used from there relevant engines" Air Cooled EF on Left Oil Cooled 1100 K, L or Right Oil Boiler "Raised Crown" is 0.75mm "ish" Lower than the air cooled flat top Oil Cooled Piston Deck is 2mm Lower than EF Deck........... However Best to Do your own measurements and sums....

  22. My point was its plug and play into the stock loom ...so a wiring diagram for said bike has the answers I would have thought Fowlers list it as fitting Suzuki, GSX-R750W N-S (92-95), 1992-1995 (WN-WS), All Colours SIGNAL GENERATOR ebog item https://www.Eblag.co.uk/itm/362896829788?itmmeta=01HRT5K1227CVKJ942MJ19D4VT&hash=item547e562d5c:g:2CIAAOSw2LFeMFi6&itmprp=enc%3AAQAJAAAA4JRdoWE9oHmlTIK06%2BXCvwALofnkiFIvvmRoM%2B9JjcyZHqSHBXbtN8wQ599L2wAEbe2BiOlJA1893Y0rhgpo8%2FBeTLqF9v3CF8TZF7SrDcwLh%2FGMRQorbgUyjWoU6BE5dFxwbcVBxtHvdqUowvrb%2BvPYXl7BRhQtu44JzUpZ0N005eBx306rbnCikLo%2Bc1X07J2xQdEpF1BR3oViWmxyQnN4ZdfATUbrcFVwb4Cl%2FakOnGh9KgLEFeTLYhWiaH5PXOXjjeo%2B5t%2B76k7qapKhWV5XJPhKhOmZJ95WQFtF01mX|tkp%3ABk9SR4iRzMXGYw
