  1. Not really just stuff the crankcase with clean cloths. I used to do it the other way in the 80”s and early 90’s since then I’ve done it this way the tricky think my traditional way is when you space the rings correctly getting the oil ring in. both ways are doable and I’ve done quite a few of each. daft as it may sound I always take the motor out for barrels and pistons or shims and do it on the bench . I find this quicker and easier too plus you are working at the correct height
  2. I think you will be able to lift the barrels just enough to slip it in if not I do the barrels and pistons differently i got the piston s in the barrels off the motor and fit the inner circlips I then put the barrels onto the rods and push the fudge on pins in then feed the other circlips on that way you never get issues with the rings I know the photos are not a Gsxr but you get the idea
  3. I run a rotrex on my Busa no issues I’ve also seen a kit on a Gsxr that ran a HSR 42 carb on with no issues seeing the belt open looks cool too
  4. Rode one in Florida about 23 yr ago when I used to go there 2 or 3 times a year was awesome bearing in mind mine was running 225 bhp at the rear wheel at the time spoke to Sims and Rohm about ordering a kit very helpful on phone things took a dive at work so never pushed on with it the kit I rode was running a side draught Mikuni which looked a bit like a side draught Webber at the time nicely finished
  5. Grant Saunders had a unit not far from me spebt a bit of time chatting to him bit of a genius went a bit mad in the end I think he gave up and became a priest or summit
  6. We can do custom looms but would need bike ideally
  7. Good thing about nitrous is that it's easily transferable between bikes also Trev from WON. What can I say great bloke loads of knowledge but some days I could fuckin kill him. As said above no people skills and a right royal pain in the arse who can't help but blow his own trumpet. Other days helpful and easy going depends on whether he's took his meds I'd guess But his kit is light years above NOS
  8. Love this Kat only 2nd to woodys spondon Kat
  9. I rn nitrous for years on my Gsxr 1100 50 shot wet with no issues single hit NOS kit thats only 12.5 bhp per cylender saying that if I did it again I would go WON straight away that's what I use on both bikes now much better quality more tuneable and upgrade able
