Drizzie Posted Sunday at 10:21 AM Posted Sunday at 10:21 AM G’day all just an intro post. GSX newbie here. Acquired the 2 in the pic. One is heading off to a mate who mate who will definitely do it justice. The other is mine, a complete 1980 GSX that I honestly just want to give some love and a few modern tweaks here and there a bit of engine love a mild HP gain and just ride the bloody thing. I’ve met some pretty cool people in the scene already and hope to meet many more and have some fun and shared experiences along the way. Cheers. Andre. 6 Quote
Blubber Posted Sunday at 10:49 AM Posted Sunday at 10:49 AM Welcome. Is yours the grey or black one? and... The rabbit hole is only slightly deeper than your credit cards allows 3 Quote
wraith Posted Sunday at 11:20 AM Posted Sunday at 11:20 AM Welcome to OSS Are they the 750 or 1100 engine? Lots of modern tweaks you can do, wheels, swingarm, forks. Lots of tuning goods for the 1100 but not some much for the 750. As to the rabbit hole, you will never see the daylight again all comes down to parts available in your part of the world and what you can spend, want to spend and what the miss will let you spend 2 Quote
Fazz711 Posted Sunday at 12:02 PM Posted Sunday at 12:02 PM Hi welcome to OSS. The rabbit hole will get as deep as you can afford ( or deeper in some cases lol ) 1 Quote

SteveXFR Posted yesterday at 08:25 AM Posted yesterday at 08:25 AM More of a super massive black hole than a rabbit hole. 1 Quote

Both are 1100. I’m learning a lot here about the tweaks and upgrades through doing alot of reading. 1 Quote

If you're not sure about something and yes some things get asked a lot but if you can't find it with the search bit, just ask the question we all had to start somewhere and we are all still learning all the time Quote
