  2. Hello, twisted spoke wheels of the same size of that era tend to share same parts. Pictures are good.
  3. part with same part numbers can vary quite a bit. Not mil spec. never measured two that were the same even on same models.

  5. first three carriers circa 2000 AD b6,suzuki vz800,gs500 The vz is the same as 88 gsxr 1100 j all 5 bolt , Like your rear wheel. 51.98mm b6 sprocket landing. 47.66 mm vz landing, 32.73mm gs500 So your choice. gs500 gets great clearance but i question people that say 160 section tire will fit with it. vz with .250" removed has worked in past . b6 may work as well think more needs removing from sprocket face. inner spacer. short one was made to fit gs500 for 20mm axle. If your 750 has 17mm axle then use stock spacer. b6 spacer has 20mm axle gsx750f has 17mm axle the vz i used with b6 spacer to work on a bike. Confused yet go to parts fiche compare and you will get it. Hope to save you some time just think about it. Shitty harbor freight caliper so get good measurements

  8. Just as side bar for you. needed a rear shock rebuild for my efe, werks shock 35 yrs old give or take remote reservoir,you know the drill. Stupid money,so got a Hagon from UK thing is i am going to say it brilliant. Hagon had such a bad name here when i was younger, for the money you can not beat it. Hope test of time will show this. So if you need a rear shock (you will) they are not easy to come by for that model of yours. Running late cya.
  9. Spindle size on smaller bikes can vary so bearing swap is needed and inner spacer be aware. Changing to 1150 swinger i think mention, not worth any time or effort, going that route change dirt bike rear suspension on your bike to something more modern. May also not really improve much, just doing because. I am very guilty of that. Front spindle is 15mm on gs1150 so that needs to be delt with not familiar with rear spindle size for bike you have.
  10. Good advice here.GSXR 1100 front till 98.B12 front think some of the mk2 still had drive cut in wheel.Rear b6,gsx750f,SV650,lot to chouse from 4 1/2".Get correct years so spoke pattern matches. B6 straight spoke fronts are 3 1/2" I believe along with others in straight spoke.
  11. you would be surprised at what a little wd40 scotch brite,then buffing on the wheel will do. Guarantee seal will not leak little dull chrome look though.
  12. just took gs1150 forks off a frame this afternoon complete with wheel tripples handlebars you do not need the wheel, anyone want that piece of shit anyone. You can have it a little ruff but would be great for mockup and a restore. Will put up some pictures later in the week very complete. Pay the post and bingo yours ( maybe i should have said Bobs your uncle). Have couple other front ends in the barn as well but they will cost you. Live in north florida now. I will be in port Jervis New York end of august for training camp finally 3 years covid is over in New York was done here 2 and a half years ago. Can bring it with me, actually just little north of Port Jervis. if you can wait. Stop being suck a tight wad want to play you gotta pay. Funny swingarm spindle is stuck in that frame, spindle is spinning but will not budge cannot understand it never happened to me before something screwy. will cut it out most likely but got to find a spindle bolt, stuff is getting hard to get.
  13. You got to take that link off your bike and make it longer. Not aware of any one making them.
  14. That is with 5/8" added to link above. Took it back to 3/8". Sits little lower was told it was like 4 to one ratio, think it may be a bit more, not much mind you. So depending on what your lookin for a little gets you a lot.
  15. Old rule of thumb never hang off you bike on road. Ride like Hallwood not Hayden. Be a toe cutter not a puck dragger. You will be safer and probably faster. Now i am just a geezer so take it with a grain of salt.
  16. Changed out my 16" wheel on my efe years and years ago . With matching rear wheel,gsxr usd front end,Werks shoch stiffer springs (old bike set up also) transformed the bike not even a close comparison. !6" wheels are gone for a reason, they didn't work as well as intended. The Taconic is a big pretty twisty roadway great to ride on, made for that fast riding.Suzukian I'm from Suffolk county north shore of long island tight windy and at times technical country roads, your pals rubber ban would have ate your lunch down here. Not trying to get in pissing match just truth. Get rid that 16 you will not regret it will instill even more confidence and you will like the stopping as well.Before i left the Island it had changed a lot, seems like there are stop signs every 100 yds now, at one time on a Sunday morning you had the road to yourself till about 8 am that is then tone it down. Things changed not for the better.
  17. Bear Mountain and Marcus Dairy runs. Now you're making me get nostalgic. Best roads to ride all the way up to Canada. Retired to Florida mostly straight and flat, boring. Long ride to north Georgia for me to get that kind of entertainment.
