compressor, compressors are on the floor, tanks on the wall , various filters to give dry air, super dry air or nitrogen. Mate is a director at a compressor company

i sincerely hope that's the engine and arm in for good , place is mid renovation and I can't find the grease for the head bearings , so the forks can wait

grease got and legs on , side stand on (without stabbing myself in the hand.... pure luck) and a temporary rear wheel thrown in. I'll grab a temporary front tomorrow, let me add more bits and move it about without wearing it

so much for the looking like it was done , arm back out  and the dodgy nylon sleeves removed ..... glad I remembered that , sneaky suspicion  the bearing will hold up better , and since the telly box is shit I'll just stay out and refit the arm

proper wheels are in , spent the day bolting bits on,  but its too dark and wet to get it outside for a decent photo , but I can now write a snagging list

needed a 24mm allen key to tighten up the front spindle,  but I appear not to have one , no mind... i have a welder  and as luck would have it, M16 bolts and nuts have 24mm hex 

 

spindle tightened

more butchery of M16 nuts,  had to tighten the oil filter post ,  but it has no tightenuppers,  Soooooooo, turn the M16 nuts into M20 x 1 half nuts and off we go

wheel threw back in with the new bits , no point in pic, just looks the same 

 

then spend a couple of hours trying to get brake pedal in the right place, eventually  did , but the clevis thingy was fully unscrewed, so that needs a bit of altering tomorrow . The clevis pins were just bought,  £4 for two, not worth the effort
