  1. Keeps me on tippy toes, unlike the Yosh which is so much lower!
  2. Got a Hagon in mine with the jack up link. Hagon is set at std height & the link raises it. Do the link as you can adjust height to suit, a shock will be set at one only!
  3. I'm sure Banoffee spotted a fleck of dust there
  4. Clutch & Basket was rebuilt & thoroughly checked. All was good or replaced! Was heavy & never improved. Tried several cable routes & no difference. Anyone on here who's met me & the bike will agree!
  5. Sure you not disteubed the wiring to coils? If it's misfiring on idle the unburnt fuel will collect until it ignites & flames out Also check that plug cap, may be loose or arcing out!
  6. My question to this would be, having dumped the HD springs & fitted a new cable in my bigbored Yoshi GS1100E because the clutch was ridiculously heavy, how would weight make any difference? The lever is "Popeye" heavy even if you are sat on it without the engine running, & when it is & moving it's exactly the same
  7. One of these on your suspension, extend the arms & drill more holes in to adjust the height. It's wot i did
  8. If you lived closer i'd invite you round to try it. Fuckin mental heavy!
  9. Laser line, or a piece of angle iron from front sprocket to back. How i do it
  10. Ud have to do it a fair few times to cause the bearings to spin in the recess! And how many times do you change the bearings in a wheels lifetime? Twice, making 3 lots in its lifespan?
  11. Def new wheel. Never gonna get an MOT, & cost of repair makes it a no brainer for replacement. And whacking the bearings in cold is not gonna cause this sort of damage
  12. from what i've read, virtually all of em, but Batt box gets in way. No probs for me as i've moved it
  13. Well front end is Srad with str8 spokes, so was hoping for a match. Slingy will have to do then
  14. Bet you didn't dare have lunch
  15. I had this part extended with 2 holes to choose height from
  16. Hmm 226mm + the hanger & spacers, a spare 12mm, looks like it's def Slingy wheel then
  17. That simple? Great stuff Prob why i couldn't remember, cos there was nothing to remember lol
  18. Despite doing this twice in the past, i can't remember a thing about what i did! Those following my Drag build will know i tried to fit a Busa wheel in but failed, didn't realise the drag arm was a modified slabby So what do i need or have to mod? My memory is shocking these days
  19. Looks like i'm heading toward a Slingy wheel, many moons ago i did 2 Slabby 7 & 11 wheel conversions to Slingy. So just gotta trawl the memory to figure wot i did to fit em in the swinger!
  20. Hmmm, might be my only choice
  21. Hmm, sounds good. Could do with width of mounts & length to be sure
  22. I just need a wheeel to fit in this swinger! got 238mm between arms, & any rim that'll take a 180/17 tyre will do. Pref straight spoke, but i think that's never gonna happen Also has been modded to take a 25mm spindle
  23. In need of a shock for the Slabby frame drag bike. Got 3 here but none will fit And is 750 shorter than the 11 shock? Pref a shorter one.
