yeah as wraith says, you won't go anywhere without the igniter box (CDI)

when i built my Katzuma i put the engine in the frame, then i found a standard airbox, but when i come to fit it, their was no way it was going on !!!!!! luckily i only had the engine in the frame at the time

I installed the carbs with K&N filters instead of the airbox. Maybe it was a reason that tuning was so difficult.
Rubbers between the head and carbs were from 750 inazuma.
Experimented with jets, but couldn't achieve success.
Flat spot appeared on mid and higher revs (like main jet and needle)
sounds like it was drawing to much air, people have had some success with wrapping half the air filter to restrict the flow. but defeats the object of fitting separate filters. by the way you can't fit an inazuma airbox with the engine in the frame

the seat isn't shown in the pic but it is in the list below, I didn't know they where available from suzuki as they are pressed in !!!!!
the bandit 1200's seat is held in with a small plate and screw.

If you are right, that would be a good solution, while in bandit 600 valve seats are replaceable
as I said the 750 and 1200 zuma uses B6 carbs.

Yes. Stock frame and engine
then the 600 bandit carbs will fit perfectly with an inazuma airbox and inlet rubbers.

I am not sure if they can fit, because in bandit airbox is completely different.
not sure what your setup is ? are you using an inazuma frame and engine ?
-
this is why i said about B6 carbs,
i put a set of b6 carbs on a b12 engine without changing anything, they worked spot on. even though the jetting is slightly different on the 1200 inazuma.

they are a 32mm carb if I'm right?
yeah they are
the 750 and 1200 inazuma's use the same 32mm carbs.

No
ive fitted quite a few genuine float valves and never seen one fail, where exactly is the leak coming from ?
-

r rubber tips were very hard
but did they stop the leak ?
-
maybe the intention is to upgrade the skinny forks for some beefier ones but keep the overall look ?

Sadly. Not.
did you use genuine float valves ?
-
they use the same carbs as the bandit 600 if that helps ?

will the bandit wheel fit in the stock swing arm
I have a bandit 600 rear wheel in a 1983 GSX1100 swinger (on my GS750), when the wheel is adjusted forward the tyre is very close to the inside of the arm, so I think you might have clearance problems ??????

Tony , will it be best to use a 520 chain as well?
You can if you want. I use a 530 on mine. Yeah the chain is pretty close to the frame and tyre but with no contact.

You probably need an offset sprocket at the front.
yes he will with a 180 tyre.

Have a couple Inazuma 12s. The pump is needed to empty the reserve.
Without the pump the reserve is pretty much left in the tank.
