  1. i was looking at a lot of KTM when i made the number board , when I get the tank panels back on it might flow better ?
  2. rolled outside for a look. Still needs the tank panels , but they are getting wrapped just now
  3. proper wheels are in , spent the day bolting bits on, but its too dark and wet to get it outside for a decent photo , but I can now write a snagging list
  4. might have been VF20's from a forester loopy fitted to my slabby, still got a pair on the shelf
  5. so much for the looking like it was done , arm back out and the dodgy nylon sleeves removed ..... glad I remembered that , sneaky suspicion the bearing will hold up better , and since the telly box is shit I'll just stay out and refit the arm

  7. i've used Belzona 1111 on tanks, got stuff in the shed that works too, i'll try remember get a pic tonight
  8. grease got and legs on , side stand on (without stabbing myself in the hand.... pure luck) and a temporary rear wheel thrown in. I'll grab a temporary front tomorrow, let me add more bits and move it about without wearing it
  9. i sincerely hope that's the engine and arm in for good , place is mid renovation and I can't find the grease for the head bearings , so the forks can wait

  11. I've collected bikes for the shop in my van, park in front, roll it in, tie down and away, 5 min job, no one questions

  13. I've an M lock on mine, put an extra switch in line too, use that to kill it , means I can isolate it and its not constantly searching for a signal , little glass fob sewn into my glove, spare in my wallet
  14. ram air foam filters on the stock airbox rubbers, used it loads
  15. compressor, compressors are on the floor, tanks on the wall , various filters to give dry air, super dry air or nitrogen. Mate is a director at a compressor company
  16. need clear over the stickers then flattened and polished , pretty sure it,ll never be dead flat, but its for riding, not an ornament
  17. all the carbon having clear coat, tank panels to be wrapped , engine covers all flat bronze, wheels be bright yeller put all the bits n bobs back on the covers tonight
  18. a good powder coater is worth their money
  19. got to love a bargain
  20. engine still in a million bits, but i have lock stops now
  21. didn,t Kev go fast with no fairing?
