you wouldn,t believe how much a tyre wears a cut off wheel the smoke i expected mock up wheel in position more chop chop , see if I can get a top shock mount -

left hand side of the frame mods done, but shed too small to get to both sides so a quick 180 and onto the right front tank mount, mid tank support, front engine mount, lower subframe mount...... then off for a beer -

figured no point in spending cash on front tank mounts, just make them. template for mount cut out too -

subframe / mid tank mounts on try on for size rest of tank and subbie mounts next -

as long as it was within a couple of thou i was happy when machining the parts for it , then double check everything with digital angle finder when setting up -

still some work to do, but this should hold the swingarm a little better than if i,d left it as Ducati did ( the TL not having the spindle going through the cases) chopped off bit added on bits- 270 replies

the notched cross tube is plated up and the ends welded on then it was welded into the frame, along with the first tubes to the swingarm pivot -

engine mounts trial fitted and looking the business , I,ll weld them in once the new swingarm pivot bosses are fixed Aprilia arm purely for set up porpoises -

been hunting the internerd all night trying to see if this is an R ECU, rather than an S..... with conflicting results anyone know better than me?

a little fettling has the risers seated in the yoke, although they need to go on a major diet -
pic.s that might be less inclined to result in a public flogging

CB13 run under the right hand side of the sump

we managed to fit the throttle bodies into the rubbers with a little heat and GT85, so possibly I have rubbers to suit them, they had been sitting for ten year or so . I,ll grab the ECU on Tue and try and confirm its model, is there any physical diff between the S & R ? all i need is a matching set of ECU , bodies and loom , trying to shoestring build thanks for your help

took a bit of chopping, but its hung, once its locked in i can look at arm pivot point / sprocket relationship
