They’re all interchangeable between oil cooled engines apart from a couple of cable clutch models. Only difference are the oil level as you said
Blandit / 11R / 11F some 750

Nice, I’ve got an old ratty slingshot 1100 frame that I’m gonna do a similar thing with. B12, dot head until I can get a 1216 kit in it. I love my purple 750N, but damn does it kill my back after awhile, I need more naked bikes back on the road.
By my reckoning, if i get less fat then i can ride clipons longer. So bike stays the same, i'll work around it!

By the way, what are you doing to the B12 engine? I can’t imagine it’s going in stock.
Loose plans at the moment really, dialled in gsxr DOT head cams, ignitech, cable clutch, possibly headwork further down the line and a K gsxr 5 spring clutch mod

Hmm would an L 750 system fit a 750M fitted with a B12 motor? An opportunity may have presented itself

afaik they are. I've got a turned down Renault Clio CV joint nut on my 1052

Please keep reporting back! Ive never used RS carbs andf I'll have a set of RS38's coming my way in a few weeks. Just need an 1127 to bolt them too!

Use the gearbox from the 11R in the 11F and put the gsxr cams in the F motor.
sell the 750 as spares to pay for gaskets.

Yeah, totally different heights. Between the 750 and 1100, the mids and lowers and mostly the tails are the same. Upper and bracket are totally different because of where the clipons are mounted. I think the headlights are the same, but not positive.
Check Eblag here in the states, the brackets come up pretty often.
I need to start working on my naked GSXRs again, I’m getting to know too much about fairings.
Headlights are the same, mids are different due to the indicator mounting holes. Belly pans the same, seat slighlt different as the 750 didnt have a pillion grab rail so the holes arent always there on them.
Pissed me right off. Got all my stuff today and went to mock it all up and fuck all fits

Referring to my other thread about fairing differences;
Other than the indicator brackets is there any differences between the 1100 and 750m fairing mounting frame?

I don’t think they are Dave, are you looking for water cooled or oil cooled ?
Oil cooled mate. My long standing project 750M is getting an 1127 in it and sods law I sold off everything I had years ago including an 1127 M engine

Seeing as I now need one, anyone know if watery headers are the same spacing as an oil boiler? Broadens my search horizons somewhat

@Gixer1460Have you used Busa pistons for a N/A 1216? I've only ever seen them used in a turbo application. Would have thought the CR would be far too low unless you had the barrels decked.
Would you use rods too?

Dont bother with Dyna ignition. Go for Ignitech

VIN…?

Whats on the black tag on the frame? Its probably an import and whoever did the paperwork at DVLA couldnt be arsed filling it out properly

Deffo 1100M stuff Ive got then. To the for sale section they go!
9 minutes ago, Jaydee said:Don't forget that the clip ons are below the yoke on 750's and above the yoke on 1100's. Because of this the 'mirror ears' profile of the headlight fairing is different between 750 and 1100 for turning clearance of the clips ons.

Belly pans are all the same across the slingshot range
Fairing middles all the same across all 750 slingshots
1100 and 750 tops and middles are not interchangeable 1100 have 3 holes in the side and 750 2 .
M / N seats / seat units same just some have holes drilled for the grab rail .
That’s ace thank you @colinworth79
I’ll have a few bits to move along then!

Anyone clued up?
I know the 750 upper has holes for the indicators and the 1100 has those holes in the mids but are they physically different sizes? I've been gifted a few bits and wondering what i can/cant use on my 750M (Thats currently a bare frame)
1100 mids are bigger
Belly pans?
Seats? 1100 has grab rail holes where the 750 doesnt but are they the same size?
@colinworth79Has some good panels I've agreed to buy when I can get to him but the more Ive got the choose from the better the end product will be!

Busa rods need a barrel spacer.
Carillo rods will need the cases 'reliving' around the big ends, not by much though.
Double check those pistons, in my experience (which isnt infallible) low comp will have a dished crown
Use the 91 1100R motor with the F head so youve got locknut adjsutment rather than shims

@Paulmhad one mocked up on his GS once upon a time. Might be worth checking his build thread if the pics are still there?
It was mocked up on an aircooled engine but the principles are the same I should think, Ive seen a GSX1400 engine in an EFE with a blower too

That'll do for me. Thank you gents, got to go find one now!
Help with price please
